There is also a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower on this floor. The villa enjoys an expansive garden area with a large 10m x 5m overflow pool. Roman steps in the shallow end of the pool give easy access. There is plenty of room for sunbathing and outside dining and the garden area has sun from morning until late afternoon. Pool Heating is available for the mid and low seasons and is charged extra at 35 Euros per day. Free WIFI and satellite TV are available and the villa has full air-conditioning. The villa can strictly accommodate up to six (6) persons and it is not available for single sex or young groups.
